A saturday stroll, first leading through the Pahurat area, brought me into Soi Wanit 1, tiny busy gate into Chinatown and as usual sizzling with all kinds of activity. One of the less occuring events was the strolling by of some kind of magician, wandering from one stall to the next, performing a monotonous song and being offered various fruits and cigarettes by the vendors.
