Installation-2. The original performance is by Danny Devos: I am hanging with my arms spread and blindfolded in a darkened corridor. To my feet ropes are attached, leading to the door. Each time a visitor enters the room, he pulls my body forward. One student repeated this performance, hanging from long ropes, and letting others get out through the Faculty's Art Gallery swinging doors. Hard as this work is to bear, he only succeeded in enduring it for about a minute. And just like with my own performance, about 20 years ago now, we didn't manage to take any pictures..., history repeating.
