Performance Workshop Pt2.

Last week, the second year students of the Faculty of Painting, Sculpture and Graphic Arts enjoyed the first encounters with performance art, and it would only be a guess, what a week of reflection, and a new task would lead to.
After their first steps, Sutee ordered them all to split up in groups of about 5, and work out a concept of their own.
What you see here, is the harvest of a week's work.
The first work was only presented on video, and was a registration of an action in the street, where 3 students offered people a traditional herb at a shopping centre, or at a fast-food restaurant. It clearly marked the eager interest of the general public in consumer goods, and an astonishing lack of enthousiasm for traditional values.
Second, in the picture above. Three girls had sewn and print-labeled bags, they were tied into the bags, and just sat there for a certain time, as numbered, weighted and labeled products in the consumerism society.
