The case of an unidentified serial killer on the loose in Mons, Belgium.

First known victim disappeared in 1996. Torsos and other bodyparts have surfaced in various locations with specific names such as the river Haine (Hate), Chemin de l'Inquiètude (Anxiety Road), rue du Dépôt (Dump Street) and Doodmanstraat (Deadman Street).

All the parts have been found in trash bags.

All the victims were dropouts from the Mons Station area marginal society.
