A couple of days after I left the farm, they acquired a dog. As happens more with important events, the dog was named after a famous person in history. Since we're living in a small village, it was named after the first white man who lived here: Danny.
Danny the Dog spent some time happily at the farm, in the near vicinity of the pigs where it was warm and cosy. He even managed to make good friends with the pigs, just like the real Danny managed to make friends with the girls of the restaurant (although they could have made it warmer and cosier....).
But just recently I got bad news: Danny the Dog had died. He just suddenly died in his sleep.
Well, if even a dog can't bear life on a farm in the Chinese Backlands, how would you expect me to do so?
We are in deep mourning....

My time back home in the meantime, I've spent with remixing and mastering some of my recordings in China.
- Track 01 was recorded at the preliminary school of Yang Zhen.
- Track 02 & 03 were recorded at 2Kolegas Bar on 18 oct 2005 with Hanggai Singer Yilichi.
- Track 04 was recorded at the OpenAirSlaughterhouse and remixed.
- Track 05 to 09 were recorded at 2Kolegas Bar on 01 nov 2005.
- Track 10 was recorded at the Tunnel Warfare Museum in Jiaozhuanghu.
- Track 11 was recorded at 2Kolegas Bar on 01 nov 2005 and remixed.
- About track 12, I know nothing and remixed.
