Norman Bates Loves the Arts





A metal construction holds an electric motor which drives a knife on an arm. The knife jerks back and forth into a Rembrandt painting 'Man with the Golden Helmet".
Norman Bates is a character in Hitchcock's 'Psycho' (which was inspired by the true story of Ed Gein). Rembrandt's work has been most attacked by assailants with knives, fire and acid.
