The Family
24 knife-wielding machines, each one is a metal structure with an electric motor attached to a swinging arm with a knife. On top of each machine is a shrine with a book embedded in it.
The books are all about The Family: 'Helter Skelter, the True Story of the Manson Murders', 'The Family, the Whole Charles Manson Horror Show',....
The machines are connected to timers which make them stop and run at various times. The whole group makes a very intense grinding and crunching sound.
